What is the meaning of a credit ? A credit is an internal unit in our web services. Because telecommunication cost are depending of origin, destination and sometime duration of the event, we defined the unit "credit". Depending of the nature of the service provided by us, the value in unit could change.
What your price are currently in Euros? Major of our providers (aggregators and telecoms operators) are using Euro currency because it is more one of the more reliable currency right now. So in order to simplify our currency exchange, we make the choice to work as well in Euro. This choice enables us to provide you the price without charging additionnal currency exchange cost.
What is the price if my country do not use Euro ? We are using Paypal for all payment process. Paypal will provide you the conversion in the money you want at the right exchange currency on the time of the purchase.
What is the requirement to use your service? To send messages through our gateway you will need to have an account with us and have sufficient credits in your account. Opening an account is also free-of-charge. However, you will need to purchase credits for your account before you can send any SMS messages (see note below). Each SMS message sent will use one or more credits from your account (the actual number of credits depends on the destination to which your message is being sent, see the network list for the detail). At any time you can top-up your account with additional credits by pre-paying one of our credit packs. There are a range of credit packs available to suit different budgets and requirements, with the smallest pack containing 10 credits. The "cost per credit" drops if you opt for the larger packs. The credit packs can be purchased online with a credit card (the transaction is processed securely through Paypal). |
